Build jobs expiration

Hi foks,

Nagios nag us about disk space on jenkins, and so I investigated the
problem. Turn out that we have 2 years of fedora smoke build on disk
taking a sizable amount of space, and no expiration (on the old job,
the gerrit one, not the github one).

I limited that to 1 year for now (and for that job), but I want to add
the same cleanup on others jobs.

Do people have need to go back in the past for some jobs for more than
1 year (and if so, which job, and how much ?)
