The intended outcome (from how I comprehend this conversation thread) is that developers/maintainers desire to respond more (quickly/efficiently) to queries from users in the community. The way this outcome is achieved is when the developers/maintainers/those-who-know respond more often. The tooling or, medium is not what is the crucial part here.
