It is built up separately but will be production ready along with other features as part of 4.0.
- Is it usable for doing some testing with setup & data (VM Images)? I
got most of the way towards building it on Ubuntu :)
I'd say it hasn't matured enough yet as you'd need different volume tunables and that implementation is still missing.
- No cmd line tools at this stage? all config is via the rest API?
As of now no but there is a plan to come up with CLI too.
