When can the design be ready for review? I ask this as feature
completion for 3.10 is slated around 17th Jan, 2017.
Based on the above, it would be good to close the design reviews by end
of Dec (or very early Jan), so that we just deal with code later.

Sorry, but please do not expect much about the design details now, as
it is still not done with design phase. Once the block storage team
sticks on the design, one of us will definitely update all the
required information.
