Hi,

Would this be an experimental xlator for 3.10, or a production ready instance? I ask this as this is the first time this is landing against a release, not that everything that lands first should be experimental.

Also, we could possibly start this within experimental, and then move it out of that if we are happy with the results before 3.10, would that be a better approach?
