As a project, we make mistakes. We need to own them up and be transparent about about how we resolve them and ensure it doesn't happen in the future. I've been doing this for infra issues and I'd like introduce the idea. If there's enough time, I'd like to run a quick post-mortem for a Gluster release as a group activity.
