[bug] systemd complains about execution bit set on .service file

Hello,

could someone replace $(INSTALL_PROGRAM) with some command which does
not set execution permission on installed file?

glusterfs-3.7.11/extras/systemd/Makefile.am
>> >$(INSTALL_PROGRAM) glusterd.service $(DESTDIR)$(SYSTEMD_DIR)/
