Tests failing on Fedora

Here is the list of tests that fail on Fedora 23 machine for our master branch.
Considering that most of them pass on upstream CentOS regression machines, it indicates that our tests are not portable enough.

We have a patch for one such test here http://review.gluster.org/#/c/13228/.
I request developers to pick tests from their modules and debug the issues.
It may very well be the case that the test passes in a Fedora machine configured in a particular way, if that is the case it would be good to document it.
