I've attached the spec for the full data-journaling translator needed by NSR, and possibly usable by other components as well. It's formatted as a presentation, but there's a significant amount of text in the notes, so if you're viewing the ODP make sure to use the "notes" view (for the PDF this is automatic). Feedback is welcome.
