Spurious failure in tier.h

Hi Dan and Joseph,

I noticed that there is a spurious failure in your tier.h test-case.
Could you check and improve the case a little?

    http://build.gluster.org/job/rackspace-regression-2GB-triggered/5746/consoleFull

    Test Summary Report
    -------------------
    ./tests/basic/tier/tier.t                                                           (Wstat: 0 Tests: 32 Failed: 1)
      Failed test:  32

Line 11 seems to be the failing one in this case:

    $ ./tests/utils/testn.sh tests/basic/tier/tier.t 32
    114 TEST $CLI volume stop $V0

Thanks,
Niels
