Yes, that is currently being handled by FreeNAS/FreeBSD folks, all our
FreeBSD support is going in for FreeNAS - building it part of their
offering for NAS storage with ZFS backend.  But we need a release yet
to make that a reality, currently its being used as alpha package -
https://github.com/freenas/ports/tree/freenas/9-stable/sysutils/glusterfs

Thanks to Manu we are able to get some regression tests running.
