Does the volume name really matter?

No to mentioned snoopy is a trademark, 

chance is small that glusterfs would use it internally.

When I check the debug log, /var/log/glusterfs/cli.log , it shows:

What did I do wrong? Is more details I can read to figure out why my volume create failed?
