Is the idea "something specific to the API's", or are would
a general "docs.gluster.org" type of thing be better?

Hmmm... not sure.  Let's see what I come up with, and lets see
what the native REST API stuff shapes up like, before we go
reserving api.gluster.org for that.  "api.gluster.org" sounds
like we could actually use it for an automated entry point for
something itself (what exactly though... I'm not sure :>)
