inodes

Hi

I just discovered that there may be something wrong in NetBSD FUSE layer
for what is related to inodes.

When testing with glusterfs, I get different values if I look at
struct fuse_entry_out's nodeid and struct fuse_dirent's ino, I find
different values. I assumed it would be the same. How theses two relate?
If nodeid from struct fuse_entry_out is not the file inode, then what is
it?
