Hi All ,

We are excited to announce the general availability of Gluster v3.1.

This release introduces the elastic volume management capabilities which have been sought by many in the community. Elastic volume management allows you to add, remove, and migrate storage servers with no downtime or machine restarts. All of the elastic volume management functionality is driven through the Gluster console manager. The release also includes the Gluster native NFS implementation.

We would love to hear your feedback and suggestions for improvement. Please do keep us posted on that.
