Structure needs cleaning on a directory

Is there an easy way to fix this error if it's on a directory?
I del it and coppied the files back from the underlying storage bricks 
which was a bit work intensive.
Unlike a file I couldn't do do a read to get it to reindex because it 
wouldn't let me open the directory.
