first try:
yum remove fuse

if that doesn't do the trick see if the rpm is there:
rpm -qa |grep -i fuse

them use rpm to erase the package.
then you can install gluster fuse

I believe you need the kernel-devel package installed.

Dear Keith,

Already I tried with these way .

1)I am removed fuse using

#yum remove fuse

2).I am downloaded glusterfs fuse

 #wget http://ftp.zresearch.com/pub/gluster/glusterfs/fuse/fuse-2.7.3glfs10.tar.gz
3).

#  tar xzvf fuse-2.7.3glfs10.tar.gz

#  cd fuse-2.7.3glfs10

4).I am configured fuse using

#   [root@localhost fuse-2.7.3glfs10]#  ./configure --enable-kernel-module --with-kernel=/usr/src/kernels/2.6.25-14.fc9.i686/
