Mailing list page describes Gluster-User as general discussion list and Gluster-Devel
as developers discussion list. People are responsible. Lets give 2 more months
time.

Perhaps a good way to start would be placing some sort of declaration on
the mailing list page to describe what the intended purpose of each
list is.  Once that's in place, you could ask people to start directing
their queries accurately - development talk to the -devel list, and
general support and usage talk to the -users list.
