try 'make' command of GlusterFS like below. make 'CFLAGS=-I/export/apps/include' Should work fine. Btw, I have checked # rpmbuild -ta fuse-2.7.2glfs9.tar.gz (I updated it recently) # rpmbuild -ta glusterfs-1.3.8pre6.tar.gz works fine.
