GlusterFS server runs on FreeBSd

Hi,

GlusterFS server now runs on FreeBSD (with caveats, see below). This
will be included in the 1.3-pre6 release.

All translators except AFR and stripe should work fine, although I've
only tested posix so far. AFR and stripe use Linux API's for extended
filesystem attributes, which are slightly different in FreeBSD.

The GlusterFS server has a minor problem, in that the --help option
doesn't work.

Only the TCP transport has been tested.

My test system is FreeBSD 6.2-RELEASE. To build on FreeBSD you'll need to do
$ ./configure --disable-fuse-client --disable-ibverbs

To build from tla (glusterfs--mainline--2.5--patch-328 has the fixes):

For some reason the Automake installed by default (from Ports) didn't
work. I grabbed the automake-1.9.6 tarball from GNU and it works fine.

Please report any problems you encounter on FreeBSD.
