Details:

currently the parser considers spaces as delimiter. this  should be updated
so that spaces can be given within a word which is enveloped in a double
quote.

e.g in posix
Option Directory "/dir/with/sp ac e"

this support will be important for filter module which matching wordexps
might have spaces.

ID  should also be updated to accept certain special characters which might
appear in wordexps
