I need more information. After installation of GlusterHPC, you just
reboot all the nodes and your cluster should be ready for running
Scientific Applications.

Something went wrong during the installation.

1) You mentioned except one error.. What error was that? Can you give
me more details?

2) Grub loads and shows menu? or Grub itself doesn't load?

Also, You should not use SELinux, LVM or software RAID (md).

Disable SELinux by changing the following in /etc/sysconfig/selinux
and rebooting the system.
SELINUX=disabled

LVM/SW-RAID, use manual partitioning during installation of head node.

After you prepare such a head node, then boot it with gluster and
install the cluster.

Next RC3 release will have support for SELinux and LVM.
