I'm not a docbook expert, either - but It seems the url your config rewrites is http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/4.2, while the url you try to access during the build is http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current. So I *think* you need to add two other entries as well for the xsl urls, but I'm just guessing. If it does not work, probably it worth asking on a docbook list, where people have more clue about docbook. :)
