I really don't think it should be about "alnum".
Think about languages that use "begin" and "end" instead of "{" "}".
I think we'd be better off just looking at the size, but _this_ is a
really good area where "uniqueness" matters.
Don't combine unique lines, but lines that have the same hash as a
thousand other lines? Go right ahead.
