[PATCH] Documentation: rev-list-options: Fix -g paragraph formatting

- Add an escape to @{now}.  Without the escape, the brace does
  something magic and eats half the sentence up to the closing brace
  at 'timestamp}'.

- Join the last paragraph with a '+'.
