The real RFC has comma, but it has a lot of other characters too: especials = "(" / ")" / "<" / ">" / "@" / "," / ";" / ":" / "<" / "> / "/" / "[" / "]" / "?" / "." / "=" because basically the rfc2047 encoding has to be a superset of the 822 (and later 2822) encodings.
