This feels unnecessarily complicated.
What would be cool is if we could just set GIT_SSH to plinkssh
-path-to-plink "C:\Path\To\plink.exe" (obviously a shorter flag or
something). Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to work with Git's current
command argument handling.
