Git usage for bk-user

Hi,

How do I "bk changes -L <other repo>" in Git ?
I think I can set this up for repos/branches i "normally" track,
but if <other repo> is something which I access infrequently.
Do I still new "git-remote..."

Also, is there a "git-for-bk-dummies" guide somewhere?
I asked mr. google wo/ finding anything...
