[PATCH] Correct documentation for git-push --mirror

This option behaves more like:

  git push $url +refs/*:refs/*

then it does like:

  git push $url +refs/heads/*:refs/heads/* +refs/tags/*:refs/tags/*

so we should document it to be more clear about that.
