Brian sent another mail to the linux-arm-kernel mailing list, now
spotting:

	Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8

but no Content-Transfer-Encoding:.  This yield a 7bit mail with 8bit
characters.

I think we should add

	Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

, too.
