1. it does not document the feature.
2. it does not apply to SSL proxy equivalents.
Documents http.sslCertType and http.sslKeyType. Implements
http.proxySSLCertType. Does the same for http.sslKeyType and
http.proxySSLKeyType equivalents and related environment
variables.
