[bug report] When 'git commit' is in progress 'git stash pop' prints 'The stash entry is kept in case you need it again.'

When 'git commit' is in progress 'git stash pop' doesn't pop stash, and 
instead it says 'The stash entry is kept in case you need it again.'

It should say 'Can't pop stash while another git operation is in progress.'
