[PATCH] Make git-clean a builtin

This replaces git-clean.sh with builtin-clean.c, and moves git-clean.sh to the
examples.

Rewritten to use remove_directory_recursively() per Dscho's suggestion.  Patch
is now based ontop of 'next'.
