[PATCH v2 20/27] revisions API: have release_revisions() release "grep_filter"

Extend the the release_revisions() function so that it frees the
"grep_filter" in the "struct ref_info".This allows us to mark a test
as passing under "TEST_PASSES_SANITIZE_LEAK=true".
