--object-info-format seems to be more like a command, rather than a formatting
option. When a flag ends with "format", it feels like it is specifying how to
transform the output kind of like git for-each-ref --format. So --object-info-format looks
feels like it's meant to transform the object-info output. Maybe just --object-info
and then provide a different flag for the <arguments> perhaps?

Would be interested in hearing what others think from a UI perspective.
