From: Jeff Hostetler <jeffhost@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Implement `stop` and `status` client commands to control and query the status of a `fsmonitor--daemon` server process (and implicitly start a server process if necessary). Later commits will implement the actual server and monitor the file system.
