[PATCH v3 1/2] Fix misconversion of gitsubmodule.txt

In the 2nd and 4th paragraph of DESCRIPTION, there ware misconversions `submodule’s`.
It seems non-ASCII apostrophes, so I rewrite ASCII apostrophes.
