In addition to the additional functionality, this series now includes improvements to the output of the "git worktree add" command. It doesn't include any new magic to guess the branchname, as was suggested, as that would be a bigger change in the behaviour of git worktree, and is not a particular itch I have right now, so I'd prefer to keep it separate.
