Yes, it was mentioned in the previous thread about tracking /etc in git. I've looked at it but it seemed to not store any metadata. Also, it seemed like overkill for just keeping a history of my /etc. It also used a lot of hairy "grep -v" and similar tricks to run git but to mangle the output before it's shown to the user.
