[PATCH v8 0/9] status: V2 porcelain status

This patch series adds porcelain V2 format to status.
This provides detailed information about file changes
and about the current branch.

The new output is accessed via:
    git status --porcelain=v2 [--branch]

This v8 patch series addresses the remaining feedback
about the unit tests from the v6 and v7 series.

This series has been rebased onto 787fadc reference point.
