I believe that you will find it more productive to try to explain more thoroughly what srcctrl.bat is supposed to do, preferably such that anybody who has *not* licensed Siebel knows what you can do with srcctrl.bat. So it is not so much that you need to provide further information. It is more that you want to provide further information, in order to entice anybody to help you.
