Thanks -- that's very true.  I meant that they are loooong
deprecated, and finally we removed them in this release.

I do not think there are any candidate for scheduled removal
right now, but I suspect perhaps applymbox might go sometime in
the future.  We will deprecate them and after a long period of
time (well, long is a relative word but in git timescale it
probably means 6 months) will remove them.  But I do not see it
happening any time soon.
