git and the open invention network - an invitation to join us.

Hello git devs!

The Open Invention Network has recently expanded the definition of the
Linux system it seeks to defend from patent aggression.

We're also actively reaching out to the open source community to invite as
many projects and related organisations to join us. There's strength in
numbers.

A recent article in the Washington Post highlighted the impact we're having.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/innovations/wp/2015/06/30/why-its-time-to-open-up-our-patent-system/

So we ask that the GIT project join us too!

It's free. It's easy. It only takes a couple of minutes.

Go to http://j-oin.com to add your details.

If you need more information, there's lots on our website and of
course I'd be very happy to answer
specific questions.

regards
Donna
