Not that I've heard of.  We are trying to get
Documentation/user-manual.txt banged into shape, though--and someone
with the right docbook skills could probably make a printable pdf out of
it if you want something you can hold in your hands.

Could you take a look at that and see what more it would need to suit
your purposes?
