Here's what Junio's latest "What's Cooking"[1] says:

    * ls/http-ssl-cipher-list (2015-05-08) 1 commit
     - http: add support for specifying an SSL cipher list

     Introduce http.<url>.SSLCipherList configuration variable to tweak
     the list of cipher suite to be used with libcURL when talking with
     https:// sites.

     Will merge to 'next'.

The "Will merge to 'next'" is explained in [2].
