I write my name in lower case (and have for some years), and I strongly
prefer it that way.  I'm not completely clear on the format of .mailmap
files, but the way it should appear is "brian m. carlson
<sandals@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>".  From what I can tell, it looks like
it's correct already.
