Re: --squash has no effect in git subtree push?

Subject: [PATCH] contrib/subtree: there's no push --squash

The documentation says that --squash is for 'add', 'merge',
'pull' and 'push', while --squash actually doesn't change
the behavior of 'push'. Correct the documentation.
