You are using a filesystem that isn't able to handle the Linux kernel.

Make sure you don't try to maintain kernel source trees on a filesystem 
that isn't case-sensitive. Here's a clue:

	include/linux/netfilter/xt_dscp.h
	include/linux/netfilter/xt_DSCP.h

are both tracked files..
