[PATCH 3/7] git-log.txt: order OPTIONS properly; move <since>..<until>

The OPTIONS section lists <since>..<until> as the first item, but this
is inconsistent with the ordering in SYNOPSIS.  Move it down until it
appears just before [[--] <path>...].
