Since it supports multiple mailing lists per category you can always
do (I can't remember the specific config keys, but it's not
important):
commits = all-git-activity@xxxxxxxxxxx,git-commits@xxxxxxxxxxx
tags = all-git-activity@xxxxxxxxxxx,git-tags@xxxxxxxxxxx
etc.
